Canberra Rape Crisis Centre (CRCC) is a non-government, not for profit, feminist organisation working to eliminate sexual violence against women, young people, children, families and men. The organisation is engaged in raising awareness about sexual violence, fostering partnerships with key agencies and across sectors which contribute to addressing the structural causes of violence, improving justice responses and building an integrated service system which better supports women, young people, children and men impacted by sexual violence. CRCC is a complex and unique agency that encompasses a service dedicated to supporting men, Service Assisting Male Survivors of Sexual Assault (SAMSSA), and a dedicated Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander community service, Nguru, that provides crisis and counselling support for the impacts and effects of recent and historical trauma, making CRCC nationally unique for the diversity of services provided within one agency.

We provide:
The Program - The Crisis Line is a telephone service available 24 hours every day and will consist of working on a rotated roster. Crisis Counsellors provide immediate support, information and advocacy services to women, men and young people who have experienced sexual or domestic violence.

The Canberra Rape Crisis Centre (CRCC) is a non-government, feminist organisation working collaboratively within service provision systems in the ACT and surrounding areas to provide services and programs to eliminate sexual violence against women, young people, children , and men.
We provide a crisis counselling line, Indigenous community support, counselling to victims and their families, and community education programs.
